When you book a service or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, area, car details and the message you send. Our web server also records standard technical logs (IP address, pages visited) for security.
How we use it
- To arrange, deliver and follow up on the car services you request.
- To send you your quote, booking confirmation, warranty details and invoices.
- To improve our services and coverage areas.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We never send marketing spam. Any promotional message includes a clear way to opt out.
WhatsApp communication
Bookings and quotes are handled over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and subject to its own privacy policy. We keep chat records so your quotes and warranties stay documented.
Data retention & your rights
Lead and booking records are kept as long as needed for warranty and accounting purposes. You may ask us at any time to see or delete the personal data we hold about you — message us on WhatsApp or email info@autofix.pk.
Security
Booking data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secured servers with restricted access.
