1. Who we are
AutoFix ("we", "us") provides vehicle maintenance, repair, body work and inspection services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, delivered at your location (doorstep service) or at our workshop.
2. Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on this website are honest "from" prices for the smallest applicable vehicle category. Your exact price is confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone before work begins, based on your car model and the parts you choose. If additional work is discovered mid-job, we will contact you for approval before proceeding — you are never billed for unapproved work.
3. Parts
You may choose genuine, OEM or quality aftermarket parts; each is quoted separately. Replaced parts are returned to you on request. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.
4. Warranty
Our labour carries a written warranty stated on your job confirmation. The warranty covers the specific work performed and does not extend to unrelated faults, pre-existing conditions, or damage from accidents, misuse or third-party work performed after ours.
5. Doorstep service
You must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle. Some jobs that appear doorstep-suitable may need to be completed at the workshop; we will tell you before moving the vehicle, and pick & drop arrangements will be agreed with you first.
6. Vehicle care
We treat every vehicle with professional care. Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence is limited to the cost of rectifying that damage. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or consequential losses (e.g. loss of use).
7. Payments
Payment is due on completion of the work, by cash, bank transfer or mobile wallet. Inspection reports are payable before the report is released.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge any time before the mechanic is dispatched. Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
9. Changes
